When booking an appointment with one of our artists you accept the terms and policies listed below.


DEPOSITS


Due to high appointment demand, all appointments require a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment. The amount will be deducted from the final cost. 


CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY


As a business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 72 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. 


MISSED APPOINTMENTS


Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to retain your deposit for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without 72 hours cancellation notification.


NO SHOW OR CALL POLICY


Clients who do not call or reschedule their appointment with the 72 hour notice will forfeit their deposit. In order to reschedule after a no-show/call you will be subject to a 50% deposit.


PROCEDURE REFUSAL


We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or under the influence.

Clients whom choose to change their project idea after we have received their initial deposit, are subject to being refused. The tattooer in this case will keep your deposit. 


TRAVEL AND GUEST APPEARANCES


All our artists are available to travel for guest appearances and industry events. Please note, we do not guarantee a return for touchup appointments on our procedures done abroad. For future appointments, please prepare to make travel arrangements to our studio or future travel appointments.


PAYMENT


We accept cash or card for your appointment and Cashapp ($ATLANTAINK) for deposits and payments



AFTERCARE

  

IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PROCEDURE


  • Keep Saniderm bandage wrapped up for 2-3 days.
  • If  you notice any redness, swelling or discomfort with the wrap please remove it immediately and wash the area.  (If you have questions or concerns about the Saniderm bandages, contact us directly).
  • In the morning, remove wrap and wash tattoo again thoroughly.
  • Clean  off with a Clean paper towel (use only water or water with non-scented  soap).
  • Keep tattoo dry for 48 hours, wash area 3 times daily with gentle soap and clean hands. 
  • Avoid the Gym or excessive sweating for 2-3 days.
  • Leave us a review on Google and Yelp


48 HOURS AFTER THE PROCEDURE


  • You may shower normally, DO NOT use any scented soaps, acne washes, or exfoliants.
  • Use a non-scented moisturizer or Vitali tree apply a thin layer 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks.
  • DO NOT apply any makeup on the tattooed area for 2 weeks while healing.
  • AVOID  excessive sun or tanning for AT LEAST 14 days.


2 WEEKS - 1 MONTH AFTER PROCEDURE


  • Moisturize as needed.
  • Use sunscreen to avoid Tattoo fading overtime.
